On July 2, 1931, USS Constitution and a crew of 81 sailors, officers, and Marines set off on a three-year tour around the United States. This National Cruise was a “thank you” to the men, women, and children who donated money and materials to support the Ship’s 1927 restoration. Frank Prusz was on board during the cruise, and kept memories of the adventure, including photos of his shipmates and mementos from ports around the country, in this scrapbook.
